We hope you love your House of Valerie pieces! Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.

Custom Orders
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun. Please allow up to 10 business days for custom pieces to be created before shipping.

Shipping
House of Valerie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
